Agrius IT continuously expands its support offerings, enabling IT departments to streamline their infrastructure needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior System Engineer, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Junior System Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including systems engineering, troubleshooting, system administration, and providing technical support. Additional responsibilities include systems design, maintaining system performance, and ensuring operational efficiency within the IT infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Systems Engineering and Systems Design
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Skilled in System Administration tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Knowledge of data center infrastructures and IT lifecycle management is a plus
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar are beneficial
  • Must have Driving License and Car
