Job Overview

We are hiring Junior and Senior Technicians to support customers with IT repair, networking, and security system setup.

Responsibilities

Junior Technician

• Repair laptops/desktops (RAM/SSD upgrade, screen change, battery replacement)
• Troubleshoot PC, laptop & printer issues
• Software installation, formatting & basic setup
• On-site support for customer PC, printer & network problems

Senior Technician

• All Junior Technician tasks
• Configure routers, Wi-Fi, switches & TP-Link network devices
• Install & troubleshoot CCTV systems (Dahua, HIK, Cynics)
• Install alarm systems, smart home devices & door access
• Set up barrier gate systems (MAG, etc.)
• On-site troubleshooting for network & security issues
• Guide and support junior team members
• Added Advantage:
• Experience with Omada TP-Link setup & troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Dahua & HIKVision camera systems
• Support for door access systems
• Experience with MAG barrier gate setup

Requirements

• Junior: Basic IT repair skills
• Senior: Strong networking & security system knowledge
• Fast learner, responsible & good problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently & in a team
• Driving licence is an advantage

Salary

Based on skills, knowledge & experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM3,000.00 per month
