Key Responsibilities:

  1. Full-Case Planning & Drafting:

  2. Conduct in-depth analysis of client-provided information and core outlines from the team.

  3. Skillfully utilize AI tools to efficiently generate and systematically organize structured, logical, and comprehensive full-case draft proposals.
  4. Lay a solid foundation for subsequent professional refinement and customization.

  5. Project Progress Management:

  6. Create and maintain a dedicated progress tracker (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion) for each case.

  7. Proactively monitor the progress of all project stages, responsible for internal follow-ups to ensure all tasks are delivered on time.
  8. Coordinate collaboration between different roles (e.g., writers, lawyers, translators) to ensure seamless information flow.

  9. Quality Control & Document Finalization:

  10. Perform final checks on all application materials against a detailed checklist to ensure completeness and consistency.

  11. Guarantee all documents meet format and content requirements with zero errors.
  12. Be responsible for the final collation, packaging, and accurate submission of all documents to the respective channels.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Exceptional written fluency in both English and Chinese. Mandarin is used for seamless internal team communication, while English is used for processing and preparing professional application materials.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in one of the following fields: Visa, Immigration, Law Firm, Study Abroad Applications, or BPO Back-Office Operations. Familiarity with relevant documentation and processes is required.
  • Work Style: Accustomed to and excels at meticulous document handling with a strong sense of process management and follow-through.
  • Work Mode: Fully committed to a long-term, fully remote work arrangement. Understands and accepts that this is a core back-office position with no client-facing responsibilities or public visibility.
