Role Description

We are seeking a Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site role based in Cheras. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, providing excellent customer service, and building strong client relationships. The role involves promoting our financial services, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with the team to identify and address customer needs, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications

  • Good Communication in Chinese,Malay & English.
  • Having financial services or telesales experience will be preferred.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, and an ability to meet sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
