Develop visual designs andgraphics for digital and print channels, including but not limited to socialmedia graphics, email newsletters, web pages, brochures, flyers, andpresentations.Collaborate with marketingteam members to conceptualize and create engaging designs that effectivelycommunicate our brand, message, and products or services.Create designs that arevisually appealing, on -brand, and optimized for target audiences and channels.Manage multiple projects anddeadlines simultaneously and ensure that designs are completed on time andwithin budget.Work with external vendors,such as printers or photographers, as needed to deliver high -quality designs.Keep up -to -date with designtrends, technologies, and tools, and make recommendations for adoption whereappropriate.Collaborate withcross -functional teams to ensure technology infrastructure meets business needs.Ensure that all designscomply with brand guidelines, design principles, and legal requirements.Stay up -to -date withemerging technologies and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate. Requirements3+ years of experience ingraphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills andcreativity.Strong portfolio showcasinga range of design styles and experience with various design software tools,including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc).Strong understanding ofdesign principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.Experience designing fordigital and print channels, and knowledge of design best practices for each.Ability to think creativelyand strategically to meet business goals.Excellent communication andcollaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively withcross -functional teams.Ability to workindependently and adapt to a fast -paced, changing environment.Ability to thrive in adynamic, rapidly changing environment.Excellent copywriting skillswith a strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing skills.Detail -oriented with astrong focus on quality and accuracy.Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fast -paced environment.A team player with a can -doattitude with the ability to work proactively and independently.Acts with urgency, seeks newideas, and always able suggests alternatives when faced with obstacles.Ability to work well underpressure and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrates strong personalethics and a sense of purpose.Willingness to learn andexplore new trends and technology.
