Position: Litigation Clerk

Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist lawyers in preparation, filing, and management of litigation documents (cause papers, affidavits, bundles, exhibits, etc.).
  • Handle court e-filing and e-review systems.
  • Manage deadlines, court dates, and client correspondences.
  • Liaise with clients, court staff, and related agencies.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and case records.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required (training will be provided).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, e-filing, and basic computer skills.
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
