We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts clerk to support day-to-day administrative operations and manage basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling office coordination, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Accounting Duties:

  • Handle day-to-day transaction.
  • Manage invoices, expense claims, and petty cash.
  • Data entry for record purpose.
  • Keep track stock.
  • Plan delivery arrangement.
  • Draft and manage official correspondence and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Filling documents.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Auto count).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good Attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM4,000.00 per month
