1.Quality & ISO Management

  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards and company procedures.
  • Support the integration of ISO Environmental) and ISO Occupational Health & Safety) requirements where applicable.
  • Coordinate internal and external ISO audits, including planning, documentation and correction action follow-up.
  • Track and report on quality performance indicators and system improvements to management.
  • Prepare timely reporting of QMS performance reports.
  • Conduct ISO and quality awareness sessions to strengthen compliance culture across departments.

2.Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and organizational quality requirements.
  • Participate in risk assessments, compliance reviews and root cause analysis for system level deviations.
  • Review QAQC documentation (ITPs, quality reports, audit findings) to ensure integration with IMS standards.
  • Support QAQC monitoring activities at project sites when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, environmental science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in quality management, ISO implementation or compliance roles.
  • Ensure all company certifications are active and valid at all times.
  • In depth knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards and auditing practices.
  • Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control systems.
