AML Operation, Senior Associate / Manager

Job Description

· To work with business development and account manager team in onboarding of key account clients.

· To communicate with clients during onboarding process, brief client on the document required, collection and review of onboarding documents.

· To perform enhanced due diligence and request for additional document on high-risk clients.

· To conduct regular customer review / trigger event review on existing clients as per internal policy.

· To monitor the transactions and account for the behavior of the clients. To raise and discuss with Compliance team for any AML related concern observed.

· Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to achieve operational excellence.

· Prepare and present reports on onboarding status and account's behavior to management.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent relevant experience.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience and track record in performing KYB / AML control on large corporations within financial services industry, Fintech or related industries. For Manager position, at least 5 years of professional experience is required.
  • Strong knowledge of KYC and KYB requirements is a must.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

· A flexible, proactive approach to managing multiple tasks and ad-hoc requests.

  • Language skill: Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin, Cantonese is required.
  • Experience in performing enhanced due diligence and on-going monitoring will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8, RM11,000.00 per month
