About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join Blue Bull International (M) Sdn. Bhd., the marketing arm of the Bing Chun Group — a dynamic force in the F&B and FMCG industry across Southeast Asia.

In this role, you will take creative ownership of impactful marketing visuals and brand assets across multiple platforms. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, where strategic thinking and visual storytelling meet tight timelines and high creative standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and execute high-quality, market-driven designs for packaging, POSM, and brand marketing collaterals.
  • Translate business and brand objectives into visually compelling, consumer-relevant designs.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, branding, and operations teams to maintain brand consistency and speed-to-market excellence.
  • Lead design ideation and provide creative direction or guidance to company.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently while upholding exceptional quality standards.
  • Stay current with industry design trends, especially in FMCG and retail marketing.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on design experience, ideally in FMCG, F&B, or brand marketing environments.
  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communication (or related field).
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects, Blender, Maya, or 3DMax is a plus.
  • Strong command of visual storytelling, typography, layout, and brand communication.
  • Proven ability to deliver quality works on time, balancing creativity with business priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and confidence in presenting creative ideas to stakeholders.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strategic, polished, and consumer-impactful design work.

This position is not suitable for entry-level designers. We are seeking a senior talent who can hit the ground running in a fast-moving FMCG environment.
