Our client YCS Management & Consulting Services is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team

YCS Management & Consulting Services is a leading firm providing comprehensive accounting, payroll, tax, and corporate secretarial services to a diverse range of clients.

What you'll be doing?
  • Manage accounts: Handle partial or full sets of accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare tax returns: Submit SST returns in compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage payroll: Perform salary calculations and related payroll functions.
  • Data entry: Perform data entry for accounting transactions and prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Liaise with professionals: Communicate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries on accounting and compliance matters.
  • Support tasks: Provide administrative and financial support to ensure smooth office operations.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Language proficiency: Good command of Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Experience: Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply; training and guidance will be provided. Candidates with 3+ years experience in an accounting firm will be considered for Accounts Senior position.
