  1. Basic tyre changing, tyre balancing (cross balancing), and patching (nail-type patches).
  2. Basic engine oil and oil filter changes (must be monitored by the team leader).
  3. Basic tyre knowledge and sales representative duties.
  4. Basic suspension changing (must be monitored by the team leader).
  5. Jacking up cars with basic training.
  6. Basic account system usage – checking prices.
  7. Basic wheel alignment and balancing.
  8. Brake system inspection and replacement.
  9. Standard size tyre or rim.
