1) Undertakes all relevant account receivables related activities, such as:

- Ensures customers' payments are updated accurately into the system within SLA

-  Ensures statement of accounts are sent out timely

- Resolves queries related to statement of accounts, invoices and customers' payment information

2) Undertakes all relevant Treasury Management activity such as:

- Perform bank reconciliation posting and clearing

- Execute online bank guarantee and FX booking

- Book transaction in SAP TMS

3) Work with the team members to share best practices

4) Process AR mailbox/ticketing tool to ensure all request are responded on timely basis

5) Assist in ad-hoc reporting required by the Line Manager or others

6) Maintain documentation on processes and ensure systems related issues are escalated, addressed and mitigated

7) Identify, recommend and develop solutions in consultation with Team Lead for continuous improvement opportunities.

8) Support successful implementation new systems of processes which relate to the Account Receivables function.
