We are looking for a skilled Slitting Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain slitting machines to cut large rolls of material into specified widths and lengths according to customer specifications. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality output, minimize waste, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up slitting machine according to work orders.

(prefer Male only, 18-35 years old)

  • Operate the slitting machine to slit materials such as film, foil, paper, plastic, or metal into designated sizes.
  • Able to work in fast-paced and tight schedule production environment.
  • Monitor the machine during operation to ensure consistent quality and correct measurements.
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy, defects, or irregularities and make necessary adjustments.
  • Record production data, material usage, and machine downtime.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
  • Ensure materials are properly labeled, packaged, and prepared for the next process or shipping.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding any production or quality concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM1,900.00 per month
