Responsibilities

• High-Performance Engineering: Architect and deploy complex compute and storage solutions - on-premises or in the cloud - that fuel revenue growth, enable new business ventures, and support M&A integrations.
• Automation Excellence: Build and refine advanced automation and monitoring tools to keep systems running at peak performance.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with counterparts across all regions - Mandarin fluency is your passport to seamless cross-border teamwork.

Performance Specs (What You'll Deliver)

• 50%: Design, configure, and implement regional compute & storage solutions.
• 30%: Provide operational support for infrastructure powering revenue, productivity, and customer service.
• 20%: Develop automation and monitoring systems that scale.

Required Expertise (Your Tech DNA)

• Experience: 5-8 years in systems engineering or related field.
• Certifications: Nutanix Certified Professional - Multicloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI), Nutanix Certified Expert - Multicloud Infrastructure (NCX-MCI), VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV), VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP), Linux Foundation Certified Admin, Veeam: VMCA, HPE Accredited Technical Professional (ATP) - Storage/Compute, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Skills: Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell scripting, automation mastery, advanced system application use.
• Soft Skills: Interpersonal communication, negotiation, multicultural collaboration, time management, and resilience under pressure.
