Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Record daily sales and expenses accurately.
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices.
- Handle petty cash and staff claims.
- Update accounting entries using system or Excel.
- Assist in monthly account closing and report preparation.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
General & Administrative Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
