  • Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and invoices.
  • Handle petty cash and staff claims.
  • Update accounting entries using system or Excel.
  • Assist in monthly account closing and report preparation.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents.

General & Administrative Duties:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
