A 3D Designer is responsible for creating dynamic and innovative 3D visual content that aligns with marketing strategies and business objectives. The role involves translating client brand guidelines into compelling visuals, primarily through 3D modelling & rendering. You will design immersive and engaging content that enhances brand identity and captivates target audiences.

You will need to be able to work well on own and also possess good teamwork skills. Flexibility is needed due to the possibility of shifting priorities. You must have clear and concise communication ability, great time management skills, and a constant flow of creative ideas to tell a story through visuals rather than text alone.

Responsibilities (not limited to)

You will work in a creative, fast-paced environment that requires proven leadership and vision execution by partnering with cross-functional departments to translate business and marketing objectives into ideas that are clear, compelling, and visually exciting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Report to  Art Director / Business Unit Director on daily basis

  • Design and Development:

  • Develop original design concepts, and layouts for any form of illustrations (3D)

  • Ensure all designs align with the company's branding and marketing strategy.
  • Supporting a team designers to bring concepts, visuals & proposal presentation to life
  • Technical /Production Drawing

  • Collaboration:

  • Participate in the execution of the entire creative process within an allotted time frame and budget.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Work with project managers and associate creative directors to ensure that schedules are accurate and realistic and deadlines.

  • Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

  • Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and quality of design processes.

As a Senior Designer, you will take on more complex projects, mentor junior designers, and play a key role in shaping the creative direction of the company.

Requirements:

  • Applicants must be Malaysian Permanent Residents or possess valid work authorization for Malaysia. Sponsorship will not be provided.

  • Undergraduate from any related design discipline (Interior Design/ 3D Visualization/ 3D Software Design/ or equivalent) are welcome to apply

  • Minimum of 3 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidates with experience in events industry are advantage.

  • Compulsory  skill(s): 3D Max/ Sketch-Up/ Autocad/ Rendering software or any similar software is a must
  • Have the passion and motivation to grow and succeed in event advertising and media industry
  • Creative and with an ability to bring new concepts, ideas and products in the market
  • Good writing and oral communications skills, strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work long hours including weekends and holidays when necessary (including travelling to outstation)
  • Applicants must possess own transport
  • Good Communication skills in English is a must
  • Proficient in Google slides, Microsoft Office-Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Multi Tasker and able to work under pressure
