Job Description

  • Oversee daily service department operations, including staff training, scheduling, and workflow management.
  • Monitor repair order progress and ensure accurate billing.
  • Maintain high-quality service standards and minimize comebacks through spot checks.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies and equipment.
  • Enforce workplace safety in compliance with company policies.
  • Implement strategies to optimize workflow and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • SKM Level II, Diploma in Automotive or Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or lead roles.
  • Valid Class D/B2 driving license.
  • Strong automotive knowledge and operational management experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and IT skills.
  • Flexible to work long hours and overtime when needed.
  • Adaptable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment.
  • Willing to work in Banting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
