Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Sales Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily sales operations, motivate the sales team, and ensure that sales targets are met consistently while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Train, guide, and monitor the performance of sales staff to ensure continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Ensure product displays, promotions, and customer interactions meet company standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SPM or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales or supervisory roles (automotive or retail experience is an advantage).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own transport is an added advantage.
