As a Telesales Executive, you'll be the voice of D3 Innovation — reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and introducing our solutions. You'll also ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Handle and respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Make cold calls and confidently present company services to potential clients.
• Use LinkedIn and social media to identify, connect, and engage with prospects.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
• Update and manage customer data, interactions, and feedback accurately in the system.
• Resolve customer issues and requests promptly by following company processes.
• Share insights and customer feedback with relevant teams to improve our services.
• Deliver excellent service quality to achieve company goals and customer satisfaction targets.
• Analyse and solve problems quickly and accurately.
• Stay adaptable and resilient when handling change in a fast-moving environment.
• Follow up diligently on customer requests and maintain good relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written — are a must.
• Confident, persuasive, and able to build rapport easily over the phone or online.
• Experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, and social media networking tools.
• Problem-solver with a positive mindset and attention to detail.
• Team-player who can also work independently and meet targets.
