The work he/she performs during his/her duty hours or overtime
The equipment, utensils, company properties which he/she uses to perform his/her duty including cleanliness and disciplines
Make daily mis-en-place and in preparation of various food items or dishes of required on other section
Perform daily routine works without being told at all times
Follow instructions from his superiors to the best of his ability
Make sure to understands the prefer given to him/her before proceeding
To make sure all the fridge and kitchen or work place area to be clean at all times.
Follow recipes if available and helps the superior to maintain the proper food cost by not wasting anything, no over production and by portion control
Consults his/her superior if any problem arises which cannot be solved by him/herself
He/she carries out, other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to his/her by the superior or the Executive Chef
To prepare different kinds of items for breakfast according to Kitchen's needs
To help preparing cutting vegetables, onions, potatoes, salad etc, making sure the visual appeal and taste are up to standard at all time
To prepare requisition orders for all stores item, ensuring sufficient stock at all times
The Commis Cook is always well-groomed and also his commis are well uniform
Make sure every outlet of Kitchen Department is clean at all times.
Required to perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM1, RM5,198.43 per month
