Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist them throughout their experience.
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
  • Take orders accurately and process payments efficiently.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints that may arise.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by being attentive and providing friendly service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in both customer facing areas and work areas.
  • Restock supplies like napkins, condiments, and other service materials.
  • Follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs).

No experience is required as training will be provided.
