- Document support activities and maintain detailed records of incidents and resolutions.
- Continuously improve IT support processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT knowledge resources and documentation.
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the company's internal systems
