Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Tea Lady cum Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our office premises and pantry, as well as to serve refreshments and meals to staff, management, and guests. The successful candidate will work closely with the administrative team and play a vital role in ensuring a clean and welcoming office environment.

Duties and Responsibilities / Performance Measures & Objectives

To mop tiled floors every morning.

To top up / stock Sunrise.

Tidy up meeting room/ board room / dining room.

Ensure floors are clean at all times.

Inform admin when Sunrise is finished.

Ensure all clean every day.

To wash the toilets at the Group Chairman's office twice a day – morning and evening.

Toilets are clean, toilet tissue and paper towels are available at all times.

To vacuum carpeted areas at least once a week and whenever carpets are dirty.

Carpeted areas are clean at all times.

To clean the main entrance glass door and glass partition at least every week or whenever it is dirty.

Main entrance glass door and glass partitions are clean at all times.

To clean the refrigerator, microwave, and pantry.

Pantry is clean at all times.

To serve one round of drinks in the morning and another round in the afternoon.

Collect and wash cups.

Drinks are served and all cups are collected and washed after use.

Serve lunch to Directors and wash-up after they finish.

Lunch to be ready at time indicated.

To empty the waste baskets daily and throw the rubbish at the rubbish collection centre by end of the day.

To ensure all waste baskets and rubbish bins are clean at all times.

Serve drinks during meetings when requested.

Collect and clean up meeting rooms.

Offer refreshments to visitors.

Clean up the meeting rooms and cups after the visitors leave the office.

Job Specifications

Minimum Qualification:

Attended Primary School or PMR Certificate

Experience:

Have done housework at home

6 months experience as tea lady or office cleaner would be an advantage

Any experience as a waitress would be an advantage

Skills:

Able to make and serve drinks without spilling

Able to operate a vacuum cleaner

Knowledge:

Where to buy fresh fruits

Where to buy good hawker food would be an advantage

Attributes:

Willingness to learn and adapt to new ways

Willingness to listen to and receive instructions

Willingness to take on added responsibilities

Have a teachable spirit

Likes washing and cleaning
