Job Description

O2 Klinik is looking for a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Doctor to join our team. The role involves performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures, providing professional consultations, and ensuring excellent patient care while keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in aesthetic medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional consultations and recommend aesthetic services tailored to each client
  • Address client inquiries and educate patients on available treatments and products
  • Perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures including:
  • Botulinum toxin (Botox) injections
  • Dermal fillers
  • Chemical peels
  • Laser treatments
  • Educate patients on benefits, risks, and realistic expectations of procedures
  • Ensure patient safety and compliance with medical guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments, progress, and any complications
  • Recommend and upsell suitable medical or aesthetic treatments ethically
  • Stay updated on new trends, technologies, and innovations in aesthetic medicine
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior or manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Medicine (MD) / Medical Degree (MD)
  • LCP (Letter of Credentialing and Privilege) or equivalent is advantageous
  • Registered with Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) and holds a valid APC
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an aesthetic clinic
  • Experience with non-surgical aesthetic procedures (Botox, dermal fillers, laser therapy, etc.)
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, well-groomed, and professional
  • Knowledgeable about current trends and innovations in aesthetic treatments
  • Sales-driven with confidence in recommending treatments
  • Language requirement: Able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin preferred to serve a wider patient base

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM10, RM15,000.00 per month
