ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: 
  
  Identify and analyze the root causes of SSD failures, both in the field and during testing. 
  
  Develop and implement solutions to prevent recurring failures. 
• Failure Analysis and Reporting:
  
  Conduct thorough failure analysis on returned SSDs (RMA), Quality failure and Manufacturing failure in PCBA levelFA.
  
  Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, analysis, and proposed solutions. 
• Collaboration and Communication:
  
  Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, manufacturing, quality) to resolve issues. 
  
  Serve as a technical interface for external customer-facing teams, providing data analysis and technical consultation. 
  
  Manage escalations and communicate RMA cases to internal teams. 
• Debug System Setup and Maintenance:
  
  Setup and maintain the debug system for DOE and error duplication. 
• Test Script Development:
  
  Develop test scripts to reproduce test failures or verify the effectiveness of fixes. 
• Log Analysis:
  
  Assist in analyzing test logs and categorizing test failures. 

REQUIRED:

• Electronic/Electrical Degree
• Years of Experience : 3-5 years in SSD or any PCBA Failure Analysis or Fresh Graduate

PREFERRED:

• 2-3 year experience in  SSD test and Failure Analysis

SKILLS:

• Maintain and develop expertise in SSD failure analysis techniques and methodologies. 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SSD technologies and failure mechanisms.
