JOB DESCRIPTION

· Develop marketing strategies and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand of Hospital and drive sales.

· Facilitate Corporate, Insurance and GP programmes.

· Responsible for managing and meeting marketing expense budgets.

· Responsible for achieving the set target for the department; support other colleagues in other aspects of marketing initiatives.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for Hospital.

· Work closely with the Heads of Departments to support the management's direction, marketing strategy and implementation.

· Oversee prompt responses to WhatsApp enquiries for hospital services

· Implement and monitor chatbot to manage customer enquiries to ensure optimal conversion rate

· Respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)

· Organise 'feeder' workshops such as Antenatal classes for community engagement and lead generation

QUALIFICATIONS

· Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related field.

· Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

· Experience in Healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

· Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.

· Possess excellence leadership skills and the ability to inspire team members.

· Excellence interpersonal skill and communication skills.

· Possess own transport and willing to travel.

· Must have at least 2 years working experience in marketing or business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
