About the role

As a Finance Account with hong tze enterprise sdn bhd, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and is responsible for managing the company's financial accounts and reporting requirements.

What you'll be doing

  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards
  3. Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
  5. Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
  6. Participate in the implementation of new accounting systems and processes

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the Accounting industry
  3. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and best practices
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications (SQL,Excel,etc)
  5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  6. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate financial information effectively to non-finance stakeholders
  7. Working time will be Tuesday to Sunday, Monday is off day.
  8. Must know how to operated e-invoicing. (submit and key in data)
