Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing foreign worker recruitment documents, such as Calling Visa and e-Visa.
- Coordinate with Operating Centers, recruitment agencies, and relevant government departments for new worker arrivals.
- Support pre-employment interview and pre-departure interview for newly recruited workers.
- Support the new workers arrival arrangements at the airport.
- Support post-arrival interview documentation and monitor reimbursements.
- Support new workers report to JTK (ePPAx) and embassy portal (SIPERMIT KBRI), FOMEMA registration and first permit submissions.
- Any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior/company.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Able to work in Putrajaya.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
