Job Description:

  • Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Assist customers in making menu selections and provide information about products or services.
  • Take and accurately process customer orders using the POS system. Upsell premium or seasonal items to maximize revenue.
  • Receive payments via QR codes, credit card readers, or cash. Ensure accurate transaction processing, issue receipts, refunds, and discounts as needed.
  • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all customers.
  • Work closely with floor crew members, cashiers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operation. Assist with various front and back-of-house duties, including hosting, cashiering, organizing stock, packing, and checking inventory.
  • Maintain restaurant cleanliness by sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms. Keep checkout areas clean and tidy.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support the floor and kitchen team during busy periods, assisting with tasks as needed.
  • Complete any other assigned tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
