Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.


•⁠ ⁠Help Desk: Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.


•⁠ ⁠System Maintenance: Assist in the maintenance and updating of IT systems, including software installations and updates.


•⁠ ⁠Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT issues and resolutions in the help desk system.


•⁠ ⁠Inventory Management: Help manage IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.


•⁠ ⁠Project Assistance: Support IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:


•⁠ ⁠Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.


•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.


•⁠ ⁠Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems is preferred.


•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).


•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting would be an added advantage.


•⁠ ⁠Good verbal and written communication skills.


•⁠ ⁠Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively with guidance


•⁠ ⁠Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.


•⁠ ⁠Customer service orientation with good interpersonal skills.
