Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Manage daily delivery schedules and transport arrangements.
• Ensure goods are shipped and delivered according to schedule.
• Handle shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and customs declarations.
• Ensure compliance with international and local shipping regulations (e.g., MITI, SIRIM, CIDB, CIDBN).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse for stock accuracy and timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with production and sales departments for smooth flow of goods.
• Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and customers to resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer delivery expectations are met.
• Maintain logistics records and data in ERP or inventory systems.
• Prepare regular reports on shipment status, logistics costs, and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of working experience in logistics or shipping (manufacturing background preferred).
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
