Main Job Responsibilities :

1) Plan and implement mould maintenance according to schedule.

2) Ensure all moulds are in good condition such as cleanliness, label and

functioning through daily inspection.

3) Ensure all data related is up to date such as no of short and problem

history.

4) Monitoring availability of mould and engineering spare part stock.

5) Repairing and improvement activities for mould.

6) Mechanical repairs and fabricate engineering job for improvement

activities through job request.

7) Monitor and identify problematic mould for repair and improvement.

8) Any other duties as and when directed by Superior.

Requirements :

Qualification

Minimum SPM, SPMV, SKM or equivalent.

Working Experience

At least 1 years working experience in plastic industry especially in injection moulding.

Special Skills / Knowledge

Technical knowledge in plastic injection moulding, Tooling.

Knowledge and technical understanding of automotive processes, components and manufacturing techniques.

Good knowledge of injection moulding in plastic in term of follow up and trouble shooting.

Machine maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
