Job Description

1) Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human

2) resources, administration and sales.

3) Managing all the cash and to make sure are bank in daily any payment received.

4) Bring out the best of branch's team by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.

5) Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of a branch.

6) Responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are made on time.

7) Assigning routes or jobs to individual couriers staff ( Driver & Dispatch).

8) Creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity in order to meet the productivity target set by company.

9) To increases sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.

10) Communicating effectively with clients and responding to their requirements.

11) Monitor export manifest. Checking All ACI / ACO / DRS COPY / INCOMING MANIFEST.

12) Do the operation filling.

13) To follow all ISO procedures and requirement.

14) To handle any additional task handed by Upper Superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent in any field of study
  • Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience preferably in the courier service industry
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good leadership skills and able and supervise a big team of staff
  • Positive attitude, results-oriented, team player and committed
  • Possess own transport

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 11/01/2025
