As a Product Competence Engineer (Firmware) at B. Braun you will play a vital role in…

Your key responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the product and technical development lifecycle, including ideation, specification definition, design, implementation, and testing.
• Liaise with and manage external contractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project completion. Responsibilities may include preparing engineering standards, designs, work specifications, scheduling, budgeting, material and equipment selection, and manpower coordination.
• Conduct literature reviews and consolidate findings to identify trends and opportunities. Perform competitor product studies and compile recommendations for product improvement.
• Develop hardware such as electronic sensors, MCU circuitry, and firmware for proof-of-concept prototypes. Devise, set up, and conduct studies/tests, including data collection and compilation.
• Analyze data using tools like MATLAB and Python to extract insights and trends. Develop algorithms/models to automate data processing.
  Coordinate research collaborations with institutions/universities for advanced R&D. Organize project meetings and prepare update reports for internal and external stakeholders. Senior roles may oversee large-scale, complex engineering projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent. Good understanding with circuit theory, sensor electronics and microprocessor/firmware.
• Experience with Algorithm development, App development and AI model development to automate processing of data such as : Matlab, Arduino, Python, C, C++, Android Studio and etc
• Hand- on experience in circuit troubleshooting and use of equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter etc.
  Fresh Graduates with CGPA 3.5 above are welcomed to apply.
