About the Role We are looking for a Business Analyst with at least 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to identify needs and objectives.Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate them effectively to the development and testing teams.Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement or automation.Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery.Create and maintain process flows, data models, and business documentation.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases, validating deliverables, and coordinating feedback.Track project progress, issues, and risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.Provide ongoing support and training to end-users post-implementation. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, finance, or other relevant domains.Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation, and modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, or Power BI.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience in data analysis or reporting (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).Knowledge of API integrations or system design basics.Exposure to ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA) are an advantage. Key Competencies Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.Adaptability to changing business environments.
