What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Assist in Cost Management: Support the preparation of bill of quantities, costing, and tender documents.
  • Tender Process: Help in the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
  • Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis for ongoing and completed projects, providing detailed reports.
  • Subcontractor Management: Assist in the appointment and management of subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed to the required standards.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and records, including progress reports and final accounts.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on project status.

What We're Looking For (Job Requirements):

  • Education: At least a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or a related role.
  • Mainly focus on Mechanical and Electrical related projects.
