Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner with a strong foundation in financial principles and accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in daily ICT support operations – troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  2. Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, printers, and other ICT equipment.
  3. Help in maintaining and updating ICT documentation and inventory records.
  4. Assist in system updates, software installation, and basic network monitoring.
  5. Provide support for internal users on ICT-related matters.
  6. Participate in ICT projects such as system upgrades, data backup, and cybersecurity awareness.
  7. Perform other tasks as assigned by the ICT team.

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing studies or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  2. Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  3. Familiar with Microsoft Office and general troubleshooting
  4. Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  5. Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
  6. Strong communication and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  8. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  9. Possess own transport
