In line with our business expansion, we would like to invite qualified and candidates to fill the following position at FGV Fertiliser Sdn BhdJob Description
- To liaise with suppliers or procurement unit for quotation, ordering, and delivery tracking
- To process and arrange requests/orders to replenish stationery when reaching minimum stock level.
- To monitor and control stock levels of stationery, ensuring items are not overstocked or understocked.
- Maintain employee records including leave, attendance, and overtime.
- Support HR team in handling employee attendance records, and training documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement event arrangements (if required)
- Source training locations (internal or external venues) and arrange logistics (e.g., training room booking, equipment, refreshments).
- Issue training invitation letters, joining instructions, and reminder emails to participants and trainers.
- Ensure attendance lists, photos, and training evaluations are properly collected and filed.
- Track employee training attendance and maintain a central training database.
- Help in post-training evaluations and report analysis on training effectiveness.
- Manage performance cycle activities for Kuantan staff within the given timeframe.
- Assist HCBP in communicating staff benefits information.
- Collect and clarify Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) from staff.
- Assist in implementing Group Human Capital (GHC) policies.
- Promote awareness of group HR policies and ISO within the organization.
- Provide HR support to employees when needed.
- Handle general administrative matters such as vehicle and building management (including canteen).
- Maintain records of contract workers' permits and liaise with the Safety & Health Officer (SHO).
- Follow up on staff development needs and arrange external training as required.
- Gather feedback from HODs on employee performance post-training.
- Manage general admin tasks related to disciplinary issues.
- Support HCBP in "5S" program implementation.
- Carry out any additional tasks as instructed by management.
