Position: Full-Time Service Crew

Location: Love A Loaf Bayan Lepas Area

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle cashier duties with accuracy and efficiency using the POS system
• Follow operational and daily settlement procedures
• Prepare and arrange simple snacks and beverages (hot and cold)
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs
• Approach customers to close sales and promote festive goodies
• Maintain a clean store environment at all times
• Take on ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or Management

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous service crew or customer service experience is preferred
• Skills: Ability to handle a POS system, work under pressure, and communicate effectively
• Attitude: Positive, customer-focused, and proactive
• Work Ethic: Reliable, energetic, and a team player
• Industry Background: F&B or hospitality experience is an advantage
