JOB DESRIPTION

  • Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, including market analysis, target customer segment, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Respond to sales inquiries, establish rapport with customers, and maintain excellent customer relationships.
  • Develop long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Regularly visit customers/potential customers to stay updated on market movements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Provide market insights to the Sales Manager and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
  • To develop, monitor and propose continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction and etc.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve their KPI.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Metal Fabrication), or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the manufacturing or die casting industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey technical information and build relationships with clients.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Candidates will be an added advantage, particularly for serving China-based customers.
  • At least 5 year's of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
