For our Sarawak Business, we are looking for an engaged, experienced, and results-oriented person for the position of Territory Executive, based in Sarawak, Malaysia.

How You'll Help Us Grow

As a Territory Executive, you will manage and work toward the accomplishment and growth of Nufarm' s commercial business in Sarawak, East Malaysia, focusing on sales execution and market development.

Your core responsibilities will include:

·       Management of all aspect of Nufarm's business in Sarawak

·       Build up dealers' network – identify and develop new opportunities with dealers.

·       End users' promotion especially Plantation sector

·       Product establishment, including presentation and field demonstrations.

·       To build close relationship with all important customers

·       Debtor control, including prompt collection and assessment of credit risks. Awareness of customers in financial problem

·       Identified all business opportunity available/potential customers/working partners.

·       Establishing of market reputation – Conduct business in a professional manner, to bring a good reputation onto the company.

·       To suggest type of advertising/promotion item necessary to achieved budget.

·       Time and Travel management – Plan business activities, to provide HQ travelling itinerary on a month-by-month basic.

·       To implement area sales budget with a view to achieved annual and long-term profit objective.

·       Correct and proper reporting in written from on a week-by-week basic (New product in the market, Competitors activities, Competitors pricing, Complaints, Quotation offered etc)

We are seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent selling skills and strong negotiation skills who can drive business success in this key territory.

Mandatory:

·       Recognized Degree in agriculture or Science.

·       Minimum of 2 years working experience in sales preferably in agrochemical/chemical industry

·       Time and travel management

·       Able to work independently and is a team player.

·       Possess good communication skill.

·       Results oriented.

·       Excellent selling skills and strong negotiation skills
