1. Radiography Services

• Perform X-ray examinations as requested by the Medical Officer.
• Ensure imaging procedures are carried out accurately, safely, and in accordance with established radiography standards.
• Provide basic explanations to patients regarding procedures prior to examination.
• Produce clear and high-quality diagnostic images for medical assessment.

2. Radiation Safety & Compliance

• Comply with all radiation safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Ensure the safety of patients, staff, and self during radiographic procedures.
• Practice the ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principle at all times.

3. Equipment Operation & Maintenance

• Operate and maintain radiography equipment in proper working condition.
• Report any equipment malfunction or technical issues to management promptly.
• Ensure the X-ray room is kept clean, safe, and well-organized.

4. Documentation & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate and complete patient imaging records and documentation.
• Ensure all records comply with clinic policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparation of reports, audits, or inspections related to radiology services when required.

5. Clinic Operations

• Provide radiography support for emergency and after-hours cases.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinic assistants, and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

6. Additional Duties

• Assist in medical screening services such as FOMEMA X-ray examinations, if assigned.
• Perform other duties related to radiography services as directed by clinic management from time to time.
