The Role
Program Manager overseas multiple related projects/functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Opportunity to coordinate cross functional teams, manage cost and timelines, identify risk and mitigate them. Deliver cohesive outcomes by ensuring collaboration and ensure successful program execution from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SKU (OPN)set up /product lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians in the development and launch of new products.
• Develop and execute plans for customized SKU product manufacturing, testing.
• Include the labeling spec, SW revision, Hardware changes
• Reconfigure capabilities, test station maintenance, daily operation issues.
• Manage deployment of SW changes and system maintenance.
• Manage reconfigure process, quality, RMA request, initial FA analysis.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination.
• Identify and mitigate risks to product launch and production fulfillment.
• Track and report on project progress.
• Drive components clear to build and escalation to close the gaps.
• Identifying area of improvement in term of process and reporting.
• Work with AMD control suppliers, eg, PCB, Mechanical, Memory, ASIC SOC Team on forecast planning, fulfillment and allocation split.
• Manages CM E&O and work with Business Unit Team on the exposure and fund for scrap
• Validating CM consignment cycle count reconciliation and work with internal stakeholder for approval and SAP adjustment.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or product development.
• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge in SAP added advantage.

Academic Credentials

• Preferred bachelor degree business administration/engineering/supply chain operations.
