IT Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient in using and troubleshooting Windows operating systems
  
  熟练使用并能排查 Windows 操作系统相关问题
• Handle the implementation of new software and hardware upgrades
  
  负责新软件及硬件升级的实施
• Maintain accurate records for IT Asset Management
  
  维护和管理准确的 IT 资产记录
• Provide day-to-day support for computers, notebooks, printers, scanners, networks, telephones, and business applications to ensure business continuity
  
  为电脑、笔记本、打印机、扫描仪、网络、电话及业务应用提供日常技术支持,以确保业务连续性
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot SQL-related software
  
  安装、配置及排查与 SQL 相关的软件
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment, as well as collaborate effectively as a team player
  
  能在动态环境中以最少监督独立完成工作,并具备良好的团队合作能力

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  
  拥有信息技术、计算机科学或相关领域的文凭或学士学位
• Minimum three years of hands on experience in IT support
  
  至少三年 IT 支持方面的实际工作经验
• Prior experience in technical support, desktop support, or similar roles is preferred
  
  具有技术支持、桌面支持或相关岗位经验者优先
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  
  具备优秀的中英文书写与口头沟通能力
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  
  拥有良好的沟通能力、分析能力、故障排查及问题解决能力
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  
  做事负责、主动积极,能够独立完成工作
