Japanese Café Supervisor

(Managerial Track)

We are seeking a reliable on-site leader

to oversee daily operations and grow into a management role.

Who we are looking for

• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in F&B

• Proficiency in English, Mandarin. Japanese and Bahasa Melayu are an advantage.

• Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays

-Preferred Profile

• Approximately 28–40 years old

• Possess SPM/Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any related field.

• Local candidates with a genuine interest in Japanese culture

(experience living in or visiting Japan is a plus)

• Japanese nationals holding a spouse visa

(work permit endorsement application can be discussed)

• Calm, responsible, and naturally trusted by others

Monthly Salary: RM 4,500
