Customer Service:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival.
  • Provide excellent service by assisting with clients
  • Address any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure a pleasant dining experience for all clients.

Payment Processing:

  • Accurately process all forms of payment (cash,QR Payment & Vircle Card) using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Issue receipts and process refunds when necessary.
  • Balance the cash register and ensure all transactions are accounted for at the end of the shift.

Order Management:

  • Take customer orders and input them into the system.
  • Verify the accuracy of orders before processing payments.
  • Ensure proper communication with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.

Cash Handling & Record Keeping:

  • Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
  • Keep track of cash, Vircle card, and other payment types.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and report any discrepancies to the supervisor.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels of food and beverage supplies.
  • Communicate with kitchen and bar staff about low stock or any item shortages.

Cleanliness & Organization:

  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure cleanliness in the work environment.
  • Ensure proper stock of receipt paper and other cashier-related supplies.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support other departments in tasks when needed, including serving customers or assisting in restocking.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or certifications in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, or food and beverage roles is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and payment processing.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
