Job Descriptions:

  • Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repair and other hardware/software issues.
  • Diagnose and repair a variety of smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles and smartwatches.
  • Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards.
  • Conduct final tests on devices to verify functionality after repair.
  • Communicate effectively with customers about the status and cost of repairs.
  • Provide professional advice on device maintenance and care.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and operational protocols.
  • Ensure all repairs are logged and documented accurately in the system.
  • Stay updated on the latest repair techniques, tools, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills.
  • Able to work on rotational shift (if needed).

Requirements:

  • Open to male and female candidates.
  • Language ability: Malay, English and Mandarin (bonus).
  • Good characters and personality.

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
