Role Summary:

This role is responsible for the technical management of modern workplace technologies under Global End User Services (EUS). It involves managing operational escalations, ensuring effective service delivery by third-party providers, and supporting the deployment and adoption of global technology solutions. The role plays a crucial part in delivering reliable, secure, and compliant end-user services globally.

Key Objectives & Impact

  • Serve as a regional technical lead and subject matter expert for workplace technologies.
  • Ensure successful execution of service operations and technical changes.
  • Support global initiatives and enforce adherence to IT standards, security policies, and governance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to maintain service quality and user satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support core workplace technologies including:
  • Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager
  • Windows 10 / 11 image engineering, security, compliance
  • Application packaging, lifecycle, and deployment
  • Windows Client Device Catalog and hardware certification
  • Act as the single point of contact for workplace technology in the region.
  • Coordinate service requests, issue escalations, and queries related to workplace technology.
  • Support project implementations and change initiatives across regions.
  • Work with service providers to ensure SLAs are met and initiate Service Improvement Plans (SIPs).
  • Conduct regular service reviews focusing on compliance, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and simplification across the workplace technology environment.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in large global organizations utilizing both in-sourced and out-sourced IT services.
  • Strong background in technology transformation, service delivery management, and IT operations.
