Job Summary:

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role plays a key part in driving customer satisfaction and assisting the company in achieving its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Coordinate with clients to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and handle inquiries.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
  • Support order processing, including issuing purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, production) to ensure timely delivery of products/services.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Handle administrative duties related to the sales process.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and customer visits.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
